I believe an introduction is in order.


King Street Pantry was founded by Niagara locals Greg Riddell and Maegan Parry. Both have a vast history of culinary & hospitality experience that started here in the Niagara region and was further enriched by experience in the UK, Australia, and New Zealand.

When the pandemic hit the decision to move back home to Niagara from abroad became inevitable, and fortunately, the opportunity to work at Restaurant Pearl Morissette presented itself early on. RPM exposed us to the quality of livestock and produce that we had become accustomed to abroad and became the catalyst for the KSP concept. The opportunity to give Niagara easier access to the rich bounty that is available in this area and to support the incredible farmers that work so hard to provide such a superior product became a priority. 

It has taken some time to get the doors to our brick-and-mortar store open and in that time we have been joined in our business by another Niagara local and long-time friend, Michael Perez. His passion for eating responsibly attracted him to the business and he has been a large support in any of the projects that we have been able to take on leading up to our opening. 

As a business, we are so thankful for all of the support we have received so far and for everyone's patience as we work on making our space everything we want it to be. No words can explain how much we are Iooking forward to welcoming the public in when all of the construction is complete and we can start sharing our products with you all.
